Registration Information, Fees* & Payments*, Placement Test, and Privacy Policy

 

Registration and Confirmation Procedure

 

To register for an English course in Brockville at Brockville Language School, print and complete the registration form on the Brockville Language School website, then email, mail or drop it off at the school. Once we have reviewed and confirmed your registration, we will send you an invoice. This invoice will include the total amount of your English course (including learning materials), and Registration Fee (if applicable). (See our Cancellation Policy)

 

Registration Fee

 

A non-refundable Registration Fee is required for all students taking an intensive course, and for students taking non-intensive courses who, either themselves or their employer, do not have a local (Brockville area) address and bank. This fee covers the administrative cost surrounding the registration process. (See our Cancellation Policy)

 

Payments and Payment Methods

 

Payments

 

For summer intensive courses: The invoice for your English course in Brockville at Brockville Language School, plus the Registration Fee (if applicable), and any other related invoiced expenses must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the start of your course.

 

If you register more than 14 days before the start of your course, a 20% deposit along with the non-refundable Registration Fee must be paid once your registration has been confirmed and Brockville Language School has sent you an invoice, You must pay the full invoice if you register less than 14 days before the start of your course. 

 

For all non-intensive courses: Your English course in Brockville at Brockville Language School must be paid in full once Brockville Language School has confirmed your registration. The Registration Fee does not apply if you live locally and pay in person.

Payment Methods

 

Brockville Language School will email you an invoice after we have confirmed your registration information.

 

• Payment is in person by cash or cheque from a local bank (Sorry, we do not accept post-dated cheques or e-transfers.)

 

 

Placement Test

 

For international students coming from outside Canada and for students coming from long distrances within Canada, Brockville Language School will, whenever possible, do a preliminary language placement test via Zoom upon registration confirmation and payment of the non-refundable Registration Fee plus 20% course deposit (payment of full amount is required no later than 14 days before the start of your course).  A face-to-face language evaluation will take place the first day of classes to ensure that the student is in the correct level.

 

 

Our Privacy Policy

 

Brockville Language School respects the privacy of its students.  We use the information you provide exclusively for any tasks related to processing your application and for administrative purposes.  We will not disclose or sell this, or any other student information, to third parties, except as required by law, such as for visa or study permit information.
